In which Sky more of a loon than usual.
Apr. 19th, 2008 05:35 pmLast weekend I was in Canada, and this weekend I am in Los Angeles, California! Though, all things being equal, I liked last weekend's trip better. Airplanes and I do not get along. On the other hand, the hotel I'm staying it is nice. I got a rom with a king size bed, and it has a little office space. (Seriously, there's a desk with a lamp and a nice comfy desk chair, and then there's a chair on the other side of the desk. I feel like I could be conducting a meeting, or a business transaction here. ...except that I'm in a hotel room. (No cracks from the peanut gallery, please. (Yes, Bob, Aaron, I'm looking at you guys.)))
I just used three parentheses in one place. I'm clearly a nutter.
There might be pictures from the hotel (not really much to see, but I am so mused by the little office, so I took pictures) as well as the seder tonight (which is why I'm here in the first place).
Oh! Also! There's a Magic: The Gathering Llorwyn Prerelease thing going on IN THIS HOTEL. So... I missed it at work, only to fly all the way across the country and have one at my hotel. It might be the fact that I am still awake from 2pm yesterday, but I find this all hilarious.
That's about it. The hotel has a good Caesar salad.

ladyjaida and danibennett and go to their panel. It was quite lovely to see them both. Also ran into someone I knew from St. Mark's Comics (where I used to work, for those who didn't know) and my old boss. That was weird.
Ok, that's really it. I need a nap.
