If mice had an Armageddon story, it would be about The Big Noise (the vacuum), which sucked away all their food and homes, leaving their world scarred with deadly blights (mousetraps) and monsters (cats and other rodent hunters), either killing them or forcing them to flee their home and find a new place to live.
