Maledicte

So the reason I couldn't see all of yesterday was because I had lost one contact. I just didn't realize it. This has happened to me before. But now it means that I really have to call the eye place and get contacts. Because that was my only pair. -_-;; So I am stuck wearing my glasses until I get new contacts.

Also, I have a bunch of things that I want to do today, which includes writing a first draft of my personal statement. However, my mom postponed our manicure from yesterday to today, and I do want to go with her. But I have things to do... Agh. Decisions. I think I'm going to go with her, as I am trying to "strengthen our relationship" which means not getting her all pissy and annoyed at me. And I think she might be hurt if I didn't go with her. *sigh*

You know what's stupid? I still haven't gotten my application from NYU. I have requested 3 now. THREE. But I did get a "Apply Early to NYU!" notification. I was like, "How can I apply early with no application?!?! Bitches!" (And yes, I know, online app. But I really would so much rather do it by hand. >.<)

Yeah. Senior meeting tomorrow at 9:30. Dunno how long that's going to last. I hope it won't be more than a few hours. Then I don't have to spend all day at school the DAY BEFORE school starts. x.x

So much unpacking to do. Not only do I have to take things out of suitcases, but I have boxes of stuff that I packed up before I left to unpack as well. I need to get rid of so much of the stuff. Seriously, I need to decrease my stuff amount by a lot. By at least one box. And I'm determined to do it. Yup.

There was something I was going to say, but I don't remember. So I'll settle for this:

I woke up to pouring rain on our METAL ROOF, lightning, and scary loud thunder. So not really a pleasant way to wake up. And I broke two nails trying to close the window. And we have no nail files in this house. >.<

College visit today. My mother's office is right below my room, and I definitely heard my parents talking about something that involved tuition, and I am a little worried about what they were talking about. But that's ok, as I'm visiting St. John's College today, and I get to spend the night. I am all bouncy happy. Even though I still have not done the reading... >.>;;

Oh yes. I won't be online tonight. Or... I might not be. I don't know yet. :D

And... there was something else I wanted to say... Oh yes.
