LotR: RotK (and, of course, The Countdown)

There is only one thing in the journals I have seen everywhere. Return of the King. Everyone is talking about it! And I feel so left out as I won't even see it until tomorrow!! (Last year I saw it before it was out... but my uncle didn't get me a ticket this year... I was so sad...)

ladyjaida and I are going to see RotK on my birthday (5 days!!), all expenses paid by my parents. I am so happy. I've been asking them to do this for me since I knew the date it was coming out. :D And now they are!!

((Aside note: THe poeple behind me are talking about scenes from RotK... Hee hee hee... Ack wait- I just heard the word hokey. Oooh... and "when Arwen come out from behind the flag..." Clearly people need to not talk about these things near me when I haven't seen it yet... It just makes me want to shut them up... In a very violent way... -_-;;))

I also forgot to write about this, but I got a present from my friend Nora, who moved to Chicago a couple years ago. We keep in touch through snail mail, which in itself is really cool because people don't usually do that these days, but what makes it better is that we make eachother envelopes out of pages from magazines. So we have these colorful little envelopes going back and forth between the teo of us. Fun fun. Ok, I had a point in this... Oh! Present! Right, so I got it, and it and the CD's from Firebird Arts and Music/my gandmother, are waitng to be opened on my birthday. I am happy.

And, Channukah starts tomorrow? I think... Because it starts on the 19th... and today is the 18th...? Indeed. I am right. I just checked. ((And clearly I said this all before... ^^;;)) Anyway. The box of presents is being fixed. My dad and my uncle are both going to call FedEx and yell at them until they rememdy the situation. Hee hee hee... that would do it... My dad is scary enough, but add my uncle? Eep!

And, (wow, I am just brimming with news and stuff today...) my friend, the one who was visiting earlier, (who walked into my room and said, "Oh, you like anime too?") well, he and his family are coming here for the holidays. So they will be here for my birthday!! It's like an extra present! :D So, there will be a big dinner for my birthday, which will include my cousins and aunt and uncle, (four people) and my friend and his family (another four people) and me and my parents (three people). *counts* That's 11 people... :D All for my birthday! :D

I don't know why I am so happy about this, but I am.

Oh! Another thing. hedgehog_lover5 gave me and ladyjaida our presents. Guess what she got us.

Well, Jaida got a Gryffindor tie. And me? I got a Ravenclaw tie!! Thank you so much, Emmi!! I love you!!

Birthday. 5 days. Yes.

ETA: Just realized that I was so wrong about the date. On the other hand, I was right about the date of Channukah. So. :D

Aww. :( *hugs* It comes out today where I am...won't be able to see it either so you're not alone. I don't have a ride and my sister who will be watching it with me has to work and I don't know when she'll have free time to watch the movie with me. I'm hoping soon. :) My friend saw it, he said it was really good, so I can't wait to see it for myself. :D
