I just started rereading Last Herald-Mage!!! I'm currently bidding on the special three-in-one hardcover edition on ebay... Anyway, who do you like more -- Vanyel or Tylendel?

And you'll be happy to know that I'm ordering the special three-in-one Abhorsen Trilogy HC book from the SFBC -- I'll finally be reading the rest of it!

I currently do not own LHM, but I plan to at some point. Some point soon. And I will probably get multiple copies of it. ^^

I have to say that I like Vanyel better. But really, that's just because I love the angsty pretty boys. Besides, the picture of Vanyel I have fixed in my mind, is like, drop dead gorgeous. And he is so deliciously angsty! Although, I know people who see him as whiny... don't like it when people say that... grr...

And I do like Tylendel, because of how sweet and indulgent of Vanyel he is. Infact I love him imensely. But, Vanyel takes the cake.

Gah! Let me know when you finish it, alright? Then we can totally talk about it!! I don't want to tell yo anything now... you might not have gotten there yet... o.o

Ooh! I hope you get hooked on Mercedes Lackey!! I love her soo much! This much! ::flings arms open wide::

And right. Garth Nix. Can't ignore him, now can we? Right. Actually, those books are some of my absolute favorites. I own Sabriel and Lirael, and I'm waiting for Abhorsen in paper back, before I buy it. Anyway, those are very, very good books that I recommended to my English teacher last year, and she read them, and she loved. So. Yes...

Silly, I've read this before! I'm rereading this trilogy -- it's one of my favorites! Haven't I told you before? This must be the seventy-millionth time I've read it!

And *laughs* I'm already hooked on Lackey! Did you know Exile's Valor comes out on November 4th? I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!! I loved Exile's Honor -- SO GOOD! And Take a Thief wasn't bad, but I thought Exile's Honor was better. I have yet to read By the Sword and Brightly Burning -- but I do have BB on my shelf. And I'm ordering Queen's Own/Heralds of Valdemar (Arrows of the Queen, etc.) because I need to read those. I've also read Mage Winds and I started Mage Storms, but never finished it.

I actually was in The Chosen -- that's where I found your livejournal :P -- but I have to rejoin it, since I deleted my other LJ.

You know what YOU should join? The Vanyel Fan Club. It's an email list. Just go on google and do a search for the Vanyel Fan Club or Queen's Own -- it's at dragonlordsnet, you're bound to find it (I don't have the URL handy at the moment)!

November 4?!?!?!?! Really?!?!? I cried at that book.

And I think I probably did know that had read it before, and I just forgot in my happiness. Ah well. I have a memeory like a steel trap, it's just a very selective steel trap! Hee hee!

I have read all the Valdemar books save for Valor, and that' because it's not out yet, so.

Acyually I have found the Queen's own. I'm joining. I'm making a Tayledras character. I would make a Herald, but when I saw you be a Tayledras I made a very loud, very high pitched noise. They are my favorite people ever. So that's who I will become. Yay! ^^

We should rave sometime at eachother about all out extensive knowledge of ML. Whee!

Hahahaha...actually, you can join before you get a persona. I don't even have an official persona yet, and I've been a member for at least a year and a half! I just joined the emailing list...and I'll probably make a persona sometime soon (there's a way around it, I think you can just email the person and ask to be added to the email list). I'm making a persona too...I've rolled my dice for all of Bardic, Herald, and Healer, and I still can't decide which of those I want to be more... Probably a Herald -- I'd try to be a Herald-Mage. :D

Or maybe I'll just make all three! Hehehe...

And I was so happy when I rolled the dice for Tayledras. I got exactly the things I wanted. k'Treva, Adept Mage, and I can Midspeak to humans, my bondbird, and other non-human races. I sqealed with joy for like, 15 minutes straight.

Where are the guidelines for being a Tayledras? I couldn't find them!

I ruled out Healer. So now I'm just picking between Bard and Herald (Herald-Mage, hopefully). I really want to be a Herald, but in real life I want to have a musical career when I graduate college...so I don't know what's more suited for me... But maybe Tayledras would be good...I just want to see the guidelines page, first.
