Just... incomunicado for a bit there.
Well. I am officially back in NY for a day and a half. And then I'm going to Cali!
I spent the last two weeks in East Hampton (or nearby really...)! I had a blast! The only bad things were that the waves at the beach were not goood for boogie boarding the whole two weeks, and I had no access to AIM (which I practically live on.).
There was a carnival there too, complete with rides. Like a swinging ship thing called "Pharaoh's Fury" and... (dun dun dun duuuuun) the Zipper!!! And I went on it without Liza (not that it was nice without you dear, it was just that I wasn't sure my bravery would hold out.). And there was a nice guy there selling jewelry and things and I got two rings and two necklacs (One of the rings has the Cheshire cat on it! How cool is it to have the Cheshire cat sitting on your hand at all times?)
And my aunt put highlights in my hair. I really like it. It's the first big thing I've done to my hair since I dyed it red the first time, and I love it. I was saying it was the "highlight" of my life (the first time I said it, it was completely unintentional, I swear.).
And I saw three movies.
-#1) Charlie's Angels II verdict: The fight scenes are okay, Cameron Diaz get a little too happy-go-lucky, but the Irish guy has a damn sexy accent! Out of four stars, I'd give it two.
-#2) The League of Extordinary Gentlemen (LXG) verdict: Lots of people gave this movie bad ratings, and I don't understand why. The only thing that was abd about this movie was that Dorian Gray dies. Tha was the only thing in my (not so) humble opinion. See it! Four stars!
-#3) Pirates of the Carribean verdict: Lots of LotR fangirls are going to see this for Orlando Bloom, but he's not what makes this movie great. Johnny Depp is what makes the movie one to see over and over and over... Though... Orlando Bloom isn't horrible looking in that... I thought he was going to be, but I had to change my mind. We all are waiting patiently (kinda sorta) for the sequel, which we know is coming. See it! Four stars!
And because I had been putting it off for way too long, I bought and read Good Omens. Needless to say, I loved it. Aziraphale! Crowley!
And, in my more bored moments, I started writing a completely random fiction story. It is completely original, and will have slash in it, but right now... it is strange... But I like it!! When I see where it's going I might put it up here. Perhaps...
Might go see PotC again today with Jaida and Tcideneb... Will have to see what happenes...
