I'm so utterly pleased with myself.

Not sure if it's the new edition or if I'm just getting smarter (read: actually reading the instructions) or maybe both, but I just made a character for a D&D campaign and I did it mostly all by myself. (Those of you who've played campaigns with me know that I tend to fill in the character's name, race and class, and then hand the sheets to the DM to fill in all the numbers, rofl.)

Congratulations! I remember those halcyon days when you and I would pore over those things like cats examining a new kind of toy mouse, while the DM was exasperated at us.
