if you have winamp, open the window that shows what tracks are playing. Hit the "min" option (sometimes it just says "m" depending on the skin). Then hit the "options" and then "generate HTML playlist." After that, I dunno. I was going to post mine up on my journal in case anybody wanted anything.

or, you can hit Ctrl+Alt+G and it should bring it up, too.
