I got this review for this story I put up on ff.net ( The story can also be found on [livejournal.com profile] fanfict00bs as it's one of the stories I psted there. ):

"AUGH! You could have at least warned me that this was going to be a sicko love story! Sry u might want to put something about that little...detail...in your bio. It really freaks some people out!"

Now, where does that leave me but confused. How does this person ignore the header? ( Which includes: "Pairing: Almost James Potter/Sirius Black, implied Sirius Black/Remus Lupin" and "WARNING: This contains SLASH. If you flame me for it, I'll set a Norwegian Ridgeback on you." ) And how do they then criticize my profile, when they apparently didn't look at it? ( Link to my profile, because I'm too lazy to copy all the things that are clearly indicators of a slash writer. )

I just... don't get it... WTF?

ETA: ( And because I'm a bitch, I went and got the person's email, and emailed them ( though the email seems to have been returned... ) For those curious, it was this:

"Dear xxxx, (name censored because I'd feel bad)

I'm sorry if my profile didn't warn you about what sort of writing I do. ( In fact, I had just put up that warning yesterday, but it takes time for ff.net to get it up. ) Thank you for telling me, and there are still somethings that I'm fixing to warn people like you away. In the future, if you continue to read my stuff ( though I would advise against that ) please just don't review. It's discouraging to a writer. ( And that was definitely something I ask in my profile. Which makes me think you didn't actually look at my profile, before telling me to put something in it. )

Also, in case the profile takes time to be updated, please read the headers of my fics, which clearly state that the fic contains slash. It's simply something an idiot would do to complain about there not being warnings, where there were.

Thank you for your time and suggestions! I'm getting to work on them right away!

I love being nice/bitchy to people. It's so rewarding.

And since when is slash considered a 'sicko love story?' I don't think I've heard anyone use the word 'sicko' since I was in, oh, second grade maybe?

It was less rewarding than it should have been though, because the email came back. Gr. I should try again.

I don't think I've heard sicko actually used ever. I've probably read it in fics and books, but no ones ever actually said something like that to me or in my hearing. And if they did, I didn't consider it important enough to remember.

That person's seriously an idiot. How could they miss the header? You should email a virus to them! Hehe.

Thank you for telling me, and there are still somethings that I'm fixing to warn people like you away.
I love that. "People like you." In other words: a stupid fucker. You should see if this person has an AIM s/n and then yell at the idiot.

I should've, but their email seems to be either blocked from unknown adresses, or invalid. *sigh*

I was like, "How can I be a really nice bitch to this person...?" And then I wrote this email. I was seriously cracking up the whole time. XD

I loved that email. I was totally laughing as I read it. Too bad it won't go through to the stupid person.

>.> I think I should try again. And I so don't even want to read the person's fics. They probably suck ass.

Yup. I think you should try again. It wouldn't hurt.

*snickers* That's a good idea.

Another good idea, is that you should get your ass online!

I was trying to be overly nice in the sense that I was also being like, "Look at the warnings you missed, you stupid fucker!"

Heh, I would've just been nasty the whole way through. *enjoys being a bitch to people that irritate me*

Yeah, but I didn't want this person to get mad at me. Well, I did. But I didn't want them to be overly mad.

...or I just have no idea what I'm saying...

And I know what you mean about being nasty to people who irritate you. *has a reputation at school for being a bitch and liking it*

lol! So many people at school annoy me... But I'm not bitchy to them, because I don't care enough to waste the energy.

*snickers* It doesn't seem to take any energy from me. I tell people all the time, I can't seem to control the bitchy, biting remarks that come out of my mouth. They just seem to come so naturally.

I think it's generally agreed upon that it is the correct verb, though it may not be in the dictionary. XD
