Maledicte

I've heard that too, which is also not encouraging. Even though I was iffy on Dresden as a character in the series, I still thought the actor did a pretty good job of it and I liked the idea of a modern day wizard. So maybe that's enough to get me interested in the books. (And I somehow managed to get my hands on the whole series, so I might as well see what the fuss is all about.)
