Actually, on tuition, I do know that Kansas out-of-state is cheaper than Pennsylvania in-state in most cases.

KU (the best Kansas school, of course), I believe, boasts a good Classics program with Stanley Lombardo on the faculty.

Lawrence (where KU is) is also this amazingly awesome/unique/fun/cultural/friendly liberal bastion in a conservative state. I'll stop selling KU now, but it's pretty awesome. Just ask Thomas. (And has the Center for the Study of Science Fiction with James Gunn and Chris McKitterick (mckitterick on here)).

Anyway, good luck with your future. I know it's a scary place to be in when you can't see it.
