Oh, it's a glitch! I had wondered why one of my icons randomly turned into someone else's a few weeks ago. I just deleted it and re-uploaded the correct icon.

Apparently LJ will fix it. I sent them the request. If it's not done by tomorrow, I'll probably do what you did.
