It's $1895/month, which is being split between two people. And we found it by going through NY Times real estate listings and finding one we liked, then contacting the agent of that place and having them find us more like that. It was realy helpful to have a broker looking for it for us. It meant that we had to pay the broker's fee, but it went fast and we found great places and she did everything she could to make sure we got the place we wanted. She works for Citi Habitats. (If you wanted, I could give you her contact info, and you could email her when you start looking...)

Aaaaanyway. I am totally excited. Like... bouncy and squeeful excited. It's awesome. We should totally get together sometime.
