Productiveness!

I feel so much more relaxed now that I don't have the NYU application to be working on. I downloaded all the common application supplements that I need for the other places I'll be applying to if I don't get into NYU, but I'm not really stressing over them. I'll get started on those as soon as I deal with the history paper that I have due in a week. (I really should be stressing over this. I have very little work done for this, and I should have done much more. Ah well. I can't do anything tonight, but I do feel that I can be productive now.)

My mother's 50th birthday is on November 11, and I have no school that day. So we're having a lunch thing with friends and family to celebrate her birthday. I have to get her a gift, and I am so very out of money. (That's not entirely true, but I need to be saving for holiday thingses. (Which reminds me... Air, your pressie might be a little late, but you will get it, so have no fear. :D))

Interestingly, I feel like I can actually be productive. Like, I feel like I can really write some short stories, get my homework done, and all that. I almost never feel like that. It's a very odd feeling. (I'm so very used to procrastinating.)

I, apparently, have picked up your procrastination (in addition to mine).

Your corset is awesome, and you are lovely in it (even if your lips look gone in that picture, and it scared me for a minute), and I really wish I had you to take more pictures of, preferably in a corset. Corset pictures = good. And you have good lacing, which is the best part to take pictures of. (Which is how you know my motives are pure: lacing, not cleavage.)

I have so much fun wearing that thing. I wore it for 21 hours once. 'Course, I couldn't breathe when I took it off at 2 in the morning, but still. My ribs hurt for a few days after that.

But I still enjoy wearing it for a night out or something.

The thing I ended up killing that night were my feet. I have blisters, and I think I screwed up my left ankle somehow. It's hurting me. >.

Yay fangs!

Except someone icky came up to me today in fangs and tried to steal my boyfriend's top hat. I was not okay with this.

No, I can't, but in when taking pictures of people in corsets, I am very fascinated with lacing, because it makes cool patterns, and less fascinated with cleavage, because it makes me feel like I'm taking pornographic pictures instead of artsy ones.

Well, yesterday morning, I did want to punch my mom. We had aggreed to take senior pics later that day, and she bailed on me because she refused to photograph me as a vampire. It didn't agree with her spirituality, whatever that means.

I was mucho pissed. But my aunt is going to tdo the photography. What I was mostly concerned with is getting my mom's really amazing camera. If my dad was a competent photographer, I would have asked him. But he kinda sucks. But my aunt has the exact same high quality camera, and she's a really great artist. So she's going to take the pics of me tomorrow in my block of frees as the pics are due tomorrow.

Plus, I said that she could use the pics in some of her paintings as well. So it's like a trade. Though, if she does use my pictures in her painting, I would feel really special. :D
