I have neither read the book nor seen the entire movie. I know about how it ends though, because I have friends obsessed with the movie. But OMG, FIC.

SQUEEE! YAY! OMG! YAY! I read a fic that mentioned that. Except it was an Everwood fic. But they were talking about that and it was amazing. And I so totally see it in the movie. That's one of my favie movies. And why do you call him Jack? Sometimes he's called Jack, sometimes Rupert. I think he's simply credited as the Narrator.
