"Social networking is kinda tired. I wish my generation went out on dates, and called each other, and wrote phone numbers on paper, and wondered where someone else was every once in a while." - my boyfriend

It astounds me sometimes, that even with all the ways we have of contacting each other or keeping up with each other–instant messaging, facebook, LJ and other sites like it, cell phones and text messaging, twitter–sometimes we still lose the people we try hardest to hang on to.

Also, I miss writing letters.
